Carol has been a licensed Realtor® for over 22 years. She received her Real Estate Education from the Greater New Haven Board of Realtors. She worked not only as a Full Time Realtor for Angela’s Real Estate for over 15 years, but was also Supervisor for the company’s Recruiting Program and was Director of The Academy of Real Estate (a real estate school) during her tenure at Angela’s Ltd. Before joining our team at Quinnipiac Realty, Carol was affiliated with Beazley/Prudential Company Realtors for over five years. Carol is a member of The Greater New Haven Association of Realtors, The Connecticut Association of Realtors (CAR) and The National Association of Realtors (NAR).

Carol and her husband Phil, own Phil’s Bar & Grill on Quinnipiac Avenue in North Haven, have two children Deanna and Philip and have been residents and business owners in North Haven for over 27 years. Carol is actively involved in many charitable organizations and fundraisers which have included Y-Me Breast Cancer Awareness Program, American Diabetes Association and most recently was involved in the Teamster Horsemen Motorcycle Association Fundraiser which raised $4,000 for Saint Raphael’s Child and Adolescent Day Hospital.
